The wire that reads itself back
How Red Light Grid works.
Red Light Grid is an independent, experimental news service. Every article is drafted by an AI reporter from multiple wire sources, then independently reviewed and fact-checked by a second AI before it is published.
The aim is neutral, well-sourced summaries of major stories, with claims attributed to their sources and links back to the original reporting so readers can go deeper.
A first model gathers the reporting and writes the draft. A second, independent model checks that draft against the sources for factual accuracy and bias, and requests changes before anything is published. A story that cannot be verified is not published.
Because the coverage is produced by AI, it can still contain errors. We attribute claims, avoid loaded language, and distinguish correlation from causation, but readers should treat each article as a starting point and follow the linked sources for the full picture.
